Island Place at Vista Cay
This unit is brand new and located in the building right next to the clubhouse. It has the best location and view in Vista Cay hands down, and will surely meet your every need. It is a spectacular 2001 square foot, penthouse unit (no need to worry about noise from above) overlooking the pool and Lake Cay. Come back after a long day either at the parks or convention center and relax on our beautifully decorated and comfortable lanai and watch the fireworks at Sea World in the summer.

The living room boasts a large screen 52 inch Sharp Aquos LCD HD TV with PS2 and DVD player along with a large sectional with a queen pull-out sleeper sofa. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with a king bed and upgraded mattress and a 42 inch wall mounted LCD TV with DVD player. The second bedroom has the same deluxe accommodations as the master with a 32 inch wall mounted flat screen LCD TV. The third bedroom has been furnished with two full beds (no small twins). If you are the last person arriving in your party of three, no need to worry about getting stuck sleeping in a twin. This room also has a wall mounted 32 inch flat screen LCD TV and DVD player. Dining for eight in the kitchen. This unit also has a comfortable and spacious office area with a desk and an additional queen pull-out sleeper providing a sixth separate bed to relax on and conclude the day's business. WiFi throughout the home. The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances. Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are also included. No need to bring along the hair dryer. We have supplied them for your convenience. All rooms have lighted ceiling fans.
